Answers to some common Queries or Problems you may have

  • How do I make changes to my website?

    If your website package includes our Website Editor, you can make edits to your website by Signing in to your account. For websites without our Website Editor package you will need to contact us as soon as possible. You can contact your VEXAvWeb Representative or send us a message using the form to the right.

     

    Changes are normally free if you contact us within the first 30 days of your website being live or if it is included in your package. If this isn't the case, we can still help, so contact us.

  • Why does my website not appear first on Google?

    There are several factors which affect your search ranking on Google, and over time, your search ranking can also change. If you would like us to improve the search ranking for your website, contact your VEXAvWeb Representative or get in touch using the form to the right.

  • I can't receive or send emails on phone for my business email

    It's likely that some of the settings are incorrect on your phone. If we set up your email, then this issue may be solved by following the guidance in your information pack.

    If you still experience problems after this or would like help contact us using the form on the right, and include your phone make, model and OS (eg. iPhone 7 iOS, LG G3 Android, Lumia 735 Windows 10) or give us a call.

  • I've forgotten login or password details for accounts set up by VEXAvWeb

    We don't normally keep records of login details or passwords for third party accounts, unless we need access to them, and this has been agreed with you. If this issue is with your eMail accounts managed by us, then we may be able to reset the accounts for you.

     

    However, for most third party accounts, you should be able to reset the account using the reset password button on the third party website. If you are having trouble or are unsure what to do, contact us and we will try to help.

  • My website is hosted with someone else, can I migrate it to VEXAvWeb

    Yes, this is often very easy for us to do. We will need to discuss this with you first, so send us a message or give us a call. We will then begin the process, which often includes contacting your existing website host and working together to ensure a smooth transition.

  • I tried to call you, but I couldn't get through

    If you can't get through to us by phone but couldn't, leave us a voicemail including your name, phone number, customer reference, website, a short message and the best way and time to get in touch with you. We aim to get back to you within 2 working days, and often much faster.

    You can also send us an email, or use the form on the right. Like with voicemails, we aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
